Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Clutch Odds ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you use Google sign-in, we receive profile information from Google according to your Google account settings.
Usage and betting data. If you use Pro or Elite features, we store data you enter or generate in the Service, such as manual bet logs (from arbitrage or Value Bets), dashboard analytics, Model Predictions viewing and related Elite insight usage where applicable, and sportsbook or sport filter preferences stored in your browser, device, or account.
Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status, customer IDs, and billing metadata from Stripe — not your full card number.
Technical data. We automatically collect standard server logs (IP address, browser or device type, pages or screens visited, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and enforce subscription access
- Process payments and send billing-related communications
- Respond to support requests and protect against abuse or fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as:
- Hosting and database providers (for example, Neon)
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Authentication (Google, if you choose Google sign-in)
- Odds data providers (aggregated odds requests; not your identity)
- Optional Telegram channel alerts for Pro and Elite subscribers (if you join the channel)
- App store platforms (for example, Google Play or Apple) when you download or manage the mobile app through them
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for session authentication (for example, a secure httpOnly session cookie when you log in on the website). We may use browser or app local storage for UI preferences such as sportsbook filters. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Account deletion and data deletion requests
If you create an account, you can delete it and request deletion of associated personal data as follows:
- Delete your account (self-serve). Sign in and open Settings, then use Delete account. This permanently removes your Clutch Odds account, bet log, and related local account data. Any active Stripe subscription tied to the account is canceled when deletion succeeds. More detail: Account & data deletion.
- Request account or data deletion by email. If you cannot use Settings (for example, you lost access to the account), email support@clutchodds.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account and/or personal data. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
After deletion, some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business needs (for example, billing, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute records). Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may also be retained.
7. Data retention
We retain account and subscription data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account or we complete a verified deletion request, we remove or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed, subject to the limited retention described in section 6.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can delete your account in Settings, use the Account & data deletion page, or contact us at support@clutchodds.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from other regions, your information may be processed in the U.S. or where our providers operate.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
